European Standard Delivery
Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery for in stock items within 5 working days.
Customs
For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy
It is the policy of Hanssop to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete.
If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Please see individual products for details.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Product Information
In the event that any item is unavailable, Hanssop reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product.
Prices quoted are based on January 2019 Hanssop retail values and are subject to market fluctuations. All items shown are subject to availability.

For credit card payment, please enclose confirmation of the cardholder's name and billing address, if different from the sender's details. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering and no deliveries are despatched unless payment is received in full.
